1. Digital Products and Software
1.1 AI Micromodel Software
Our AI micromodel software products are eligible for refunds under the following conditions:
- Request is made within 14 days of purchase
- The software has not been downloaded or activated
- If downloaded or activated, the software has demonstrable technical issues that our support team cannot resolve within a reasonable time frame
For customized or enterprise AI solutions, refund terms are specified in the contract or service agreement.
1.2 Development Tools and SDKs
Our development tools and SDKs are eligible for refunds under the following conditions:
- Request is made within 14 days of purchase
- The product has not been downloaded or activated
- If a technical issue prevents proper functionality and our support team cannot resolve it within a reasonable time frame
1.3 Digital Content and Assets
Digital content, including game assets, documentation, and other downloadable materials:
- Eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase if the content has not been downloaded
- Once downloaded, digital content is generally non-refundable unless it contains significant defects
Important Note on Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, once you have downloaded, installed, or accessed the product, we generally cannot offer a refund unless there are significant technical issues with the product itself. We encourage you to review product requirements and specifications before purchase.
2. Subscription Services
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
For our monthly subscription services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of the current billing period
- If you cancel within the first 7 days of a new subscription, you may be eligible for a full refund
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
For our annual subscription services:
- Refunds are available within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal date
- After 14 days, we may provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription at our discretion
- Prorated refunds are calculated based on the standard monthly rate, which may result in a refund amount less than the remaining time value of the annual subscription
2.3 Enterprise Subscriptions
Enterprise subscription refunds are governed by the terms specified in the contract or service agreement.
3. Consulting and Professional Services
For consulting services, training, custom development, and other professional services:
- Deposits and payments for consulting services are generally non-refundable once work has begun
- If services have not yet been scheduled or delivered, cancellation fees may apply according to the terms in your service agreement
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to our own limitations, a full or partial refund may be provided at our discretion

6. Refund Processing Time
If your refund is approved:
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer
- Bank transfers may take 7-14 business days to process
- PayPal or other digital wallet refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days
7. Exchanges
In some cases, we may offer an exchange or upgrade instead of a refund:
- If you purchased a product that doesn't meet your needs, we may allow you to exchange it for a more suitable product
- The value of the exchanged product may be applied toward a higher-priced product, with you paying the difference
